We’re excited to announce that we’re working with Liane Davey, keynote speaker, facilitator, and bestselling author, on her forthcoming book The Good Fight: Use Productive Conflict to Get Your Team and Organization Back on Track (and Regain Your Sanity Along the Way), which is slated for a spring, 2019 release.
After obtaining a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology and working for eighteen years in consulting firms, Davey co-founded 3COze in 2015 with her partner Craig Easdon to help leaders and teams improve communication, build stronger connections, and increase engagement and productivity. Davey has worked with executives at some of North America’s most prominent institutions and has a track record of transforming the group dynamics of organizations from the executive team down.
Davey shares her expertise and passion for building effective teams and leadership strategies through her keynote speeches and as a frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review and Quartz. In 2013, she published the New York Times bestseller You First: Inspire Your Team to Grow Up, Get Along, and Get Stuff Done.
The sought-after speaker, facilitator, and business strategist is an active advocate of mental health and has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Psychology Foundation of Canada for the last seven years. Davey has also served on the executive board of the Canadian Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and was an evaluator for the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards.#page two news
